Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of SopFaceForge and the website at sopfaceforge.sopee.net. By using the App or site, you agree to these Terms.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use SopFaceForge on Apple-branded Mac computers that you own or control, subject to Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement where the App is obtained from the Mac App Store, and subject to any additional license presented with a direct download build.
2. Your content
You retain ownership of watch-face designs and exported Monkey C projects you create. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any assets you import and for complying with Garmin Connect IQ distribution rules for apps you publish.
3. Third-party software
Building for devices or the simulator may require the Garmin Connect IQ SDK, Java, and related tools that you install under Garmin’s and other vendors’ terms. SopFaceForge does not grant rights to Garmin software.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App or site, including attempts to disrupt services, reverse engineer solely to circumvent licensing protections where prohibited by law, or use the App for unlawful purposes.
5. Disclaimer
The App and site are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or that exported projects will compile on every device configuration.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from use of the App or site.
7. App Store
If you downloaded SopFaceForge from the Mac App Store, Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. Your use is also subject to Apple’s Media Services Terms and the Licensed Application EULA.
8. Trademark notice
SopFaceForge is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Garmin Ltd. or Garmin International, Inc. Garmin® and Connect IQ™ are trademarks of Garmin.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence apply.
